  • +-What incentives are available for businesses in Australia?

    Households and small businesses across Australia that install a small scale renewable energy system (solar, wind or hydro) or eligible hot water system may be able to receive a benefit under the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme (SRES) to help with the purchase cost.

  • +-What is a feed-in-tariff?

    A feed-in-tariff is the amount your electricity retailer pays you for any electricity your solar system generates that you don’t use and is fed back into the grid. Feed-in tariffs differ depending on what part of Queensland you live.

  • +-How much money will I save?

    According to research conducted by Canstar Blue in 2021, the average credit received on the most recent electricity bill for households with solar panels was $236 a quarter.

    The largest solar rebates on quarterly bills were found in South Australia ($280) and Queensland ($271), while residents in Victoria and New South Wales settled for $169 and $125, respectively.

    We anticipate the savings to be even greater with the anticipated increase in power prices in 2022.

  • +-Can I maintain my solar panels myself?

    Never attempt to repair electrical issues yourself, and make sure you conduct all visual inspections from the ground.

    DS Energy is a Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer.

    Approved Solar Retailers have committed to ethical sales and marketing activity, use high-quality components and will guarantee the operation of your system for at least five years.

    Using a Clean Energy Council accredited designer and installer who meets the Clean Energy Council design and install guidelines will ensure eligibility.
